How do I obtain an Alberta Land Title?
We are happy to help you search and obtain an Alberta Land Title Certificate which shows who owns the land and all mortgages, caveats and any other registrations on the title. Please provide the Legal Land Description such as Plan, Block and Lot or Section, Range, Township, Meridian.
How do I discharge a Mortgage from my Land Title?
It’s simple and easy. Provide the original documentation releasing the mortgage from the financial institution or mortgage holder and the Legal Land Description such as Plan, Block and Lot or Section, Range, Township, Meridian (you can find this on your property tax assessment) and we will prepare the paperwork to send into Land Titles for them do discharge the Mortgage.
How do I Add someone to my Land Title?
A Transfer of Land package would need to be filled out and filed at Land Titles. We can help. Please provide us the Legal Land Description and we will help you fill out the form and other information needed.
