Owner

Chance Olsen grew up in Cardston and earned an accounting degree from the University of Lethbridge. In 2017, he and his in-laws purchased Western Licence and Registry, and a year later, they rebranded it as Chaparral Registry & Insurance when relocating to West Lethbridge in 2018. Under his leadership, the business has seen consistent year-over-year growth. His entrepreneurial success was recognized when the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce named him to its Top 40 Under Forty list. He enjoys meeting new people and takes pride in assisting everyone that he comes in contact with. His friendly, honest approach has helped build lasting trust with clients. Outside of work, he stays active in the community by coaching his kids’ multiple sports teams, bringing the same teamwork and enthusiasm to the courts or fields as he does to his business.

Rikki

Manager

Rikki has been a part of Chaparral Registry & Insurance since 2017 and has proudly managed the office since 2019. She also serves on the Association of Alberta Registry Agents (AARA) board as the Southern Alberta Representative, advocating for the industry and her peers. Outside of work, Rikki is busy keeping up with her energetic boys and enjoys staying active with them around the city.

Giulietta (Giulie)

Insurance Advisor

Giulie joined Chaparral Registry & Insurance in 2024 and brings two years of experience in the insurance industry. She has a passion for growing her knowledge and continues to expand her expertise to better support her clients. In her spare time, Giulie enjoys attending car shows with her husband — together, they proudly showcase their collector vehicles each summer.
