Alberta Organ & Tissue Donation
Registering as an organ and tissue donor is a personal decision that can help save or improve lives. At Chaparral Registry & Insurance, you can register your consent to donate at our office through the Alberta Organ and Tissue Donation Registry. You can also choose to have the donor symbol added to your Alberta driver’s licence or identification card.
What you need to know:
